That’s why we offer a 90-day return guarantee from the date you receive your order.
Returns
You have 90 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
Be in good condition, without excessive signs of use
Include all accessories
Be in its original packaging whenever possible

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.

In these cases, Ikamak will cover return shipping costs or send a replacement at no extra charge.
Return Shipping Costs
In cases of defect, damage, or wrong item, Ikamak will cover return shipping.
For returns due to change of mind (EU/USA), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order.
Cancellation Rights (EU Customers)
If your order is shipped to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received, without excessive signs of use, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defect, damage, or incorrect item.
Policy for US Customers
US customers can request returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is in good condition.
Return shipping costs due to change of mind are the customer’s responsibility.
If the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, Ikamak will cover return shipping or send a replacement at no extra charge.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
We will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that additional processing time may depend on your bank or payment provider.
